UNPRECEDENTED DEMAND FOR TICKETS LEADS TO EXTRA LIL WAYNE CONCERT AT THE DOME

Last week’s major announcement by local promoter, Canoc Productions and media partner Channel O, that Rick Ross and Young Money crew, Corey Gunz, Gudda Gudda, Mack Maine, Shannel, T-Streets and Jae Millz, will perform at the Coca Cola Dome, Johannesburg on 9 December 2011 as part of the Coca Cola Dome line-up with hip-hop’s biggest selling artist ever, Lil Wayne has led to an unprecedented rush for tickets. Enthusiastic fans quickly snapped up the additional 2000 tickets on sale from Thursday last week.

This huge demand for tickets has led to the staging of an extra Lil Wayne concert at the Coca Cola Dome, on Saturday, 10 December 2011.  Tickets are now on sale at Computicket. This extra show will also feature Rick Ross and the Young Money Crew on stage with Lil Wayne. The Lil Wayne “I Am Still Music Tour” begins at the Bellville Velodrome, Cape Town on Wednesday, 7th December with limited seats still available. The tour ends at the Wavehouse in Durban on 11th December 2011. All shows commence at 20h00.
